Setting the Slot Threshold Level

The Slot Threshold is a level, measured relative to the idle power, that determines whether a slot is idle or non-idle. When the power in a slot is greater than the Slot Threshold, that slot is determined to be non-idle. When the power in the slot is less than, or equal to, the Slot Threshold level, the slot is determined to be idle.
